CLPE Fellow Profile

Currently a lecturer at Bar Ilan University in Israel, Dr Perez holds an LL.B. from the University of Tel Aviv and an LL.M and a Ph.D from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Dr Perez' work concentrates on international trade, environmental law and legal theory. His publications include Ecological Sensitivity and Global Legal Pluralism (Hart Publishing, 2004) and "Normative Creativity and Global Legal Pluralism", 10 Ind. J. Global Legal Studies 25 (2003). Most recently, he edited Paradoxes and Inconsistencies in Law (Hart 2006; together with Gunther Teubner).
